Exchange or Return of Goods
Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or other media
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@offolo.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@offolo.com
Custom Products
Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a clear quality issue with the item.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at support@offolo.com for instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Long Shipping
For any order using our branded shipping options that arrives more than 30 days after the estimated shipping time, we will issue a refund or reshipment.
Addresses in Remote Areas and PO BOX
Since we cannot guarantee the delivery success rate and timeliness, aftersales service is not eligible in this case.
In the case that the customer refuses the parcel or any conditions that were not mentioned above, we will not be able to provide after-sales services.
